The patio is ideal for outside dining or entertainment with spectacular ocean views. The 11m lap swimming pool has solar heating which allows for swimming for most of the year. A separate covered pool terrace and outdoor shower round off the pool experience.

The state-of-the-art kitchen is equipped with the full range of AEG and Siemens appliances: dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, gas hobs, etc.. The kitchen is not only an entertainers dream but is a dream with a view. The house has a separate laundry with a washer and dryer.
